Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package (16 oz) frozen Tater Tot potatoes
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 cup 2% milk or water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased 2-quart. baking dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
