Santa Hat Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy Hannaford peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp of protein powder
32 milk chocolate kisses

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Beat in the peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt and baking soda. Roll into 36, approximately 1-inch, balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  3. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
  4. Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
