Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
2 -3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Whisk ingredients together.
- Cover fish or meat with glaze. Reserve some for serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Bake, or barbecue as usual. Brush remaining glaze on before serving.
