Ingredients:
12 oz cranberries
1 large navel orange stem end trimmed off – cut into 4 wedges
1/2 – 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
Fun additions:
½ tsp vanilla
tart apple
a dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Rinse cranberries and pick out any that are soft.
- In a food processor, chop the orange wedges (peel and all!), then add the cranberries and pulse until fairly well mixed. Add nuts and pulse until chopped.
- Mix in sugar to taste and let the flavors meld in the refrigerator for at least a week before serving.
