Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon grated or finely chopped garlic
Pinch of ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight lid.
  2. Shake for a couple of minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour maple vinaigrette over your favorite salad. It’s even a good marinade for chicken or fish.
