Ingredients:
1 pound green tomatoes, chopped
½ medium white onion, chopped
1 tart apple, chopped (does not need to be peeled)
½ cup golden raisins
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of red pepper flakes
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Simmer all ingredients for at least 30 minutes or until thicken. It will thicken more as it cools.
- Place in lidded jar.
