Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 ounces milk chocolate chunks
5 ounces white chocolate chunks
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
*Feel free to replace or add chocolate above with dark chocolate chunks, or even consider adding dried cranberries!
Instructions:
- Soften brown sugar and butter in the microwave for one minute. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour and baking soda to brown sugar mixture, then finally the chocolate and walnuts.
- Place rounded teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
