Basic Pimento Cheese

The South loves their pimento cheese, but I’ve seen a fair share of it in Maine as well, which makes me happy! My Nana loved pimento cheese sandwiches. Best enjoyed on bad-for-you, fluffy white bread. Also great as a dip! – Kat
