Ingredients:
1 8-ounce box of pasta (we use macaroni elbows but use your favorite!)
2 tablespoons of margarine
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of parsley
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (we use white cheddar and Monterey Jack!)
1 6-ounce jar of mushrooms
2 cups diced ham
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Cook pasta using box instructions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt margarine in large saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, parsley, dry mustard and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cooked pasta, ham and mushrooms and mix.
- Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
