Social Media Management

We always recommend doing one platform well, rather than doing all platforms poorly. All our decisions are based on your individual page’s analytics reports. We ensure that you’re posting at the right time of day and the right days of the week to enhance your organic impressions.

Personality and tone are key components to a successful social media marketing program. We’ll sit down with you to figure out the voice of your business and then ensure that it is kept consistent throughout all social media channels. We will also provide you with a monthly report of all your social media platform analytics.

Platforms

Facebook

  • Custom content – we will create a custom content calendar for your Facebook page with engaging posts that will be a combination of calls-to-action, one custom graphic per week, photographs (both owned and user generated), trending hashtags, and other timely messages.
    • Three to seven posts per week based on needs

  • Increase engagement – by interacting with other pages (complementary businesses) we will be introducing your brand to their followers/fans. This will help boost your engagement and total number of followers/fans. We will also watch what your competitors are doing for their social media program.
  • Monitoring and customer service – your account will be monitored by one of our social media team members seven days a week. We’ll respond to any questions and feedback being posted by your audience. Keeping response times short helps increase the engagement of your viewers and boosts your Facebook page.
    • Two levels of response
      • First level – we have pre-decided responses for easy questions/comments
      • Second level – we consult you and decide upon a response that we will post and encourage the conversation to move offline
  • Facebook ads – working with you, we will create an ad concept and content based on your goals. We will create custom graphics (up to one per campaign) and custom audience profiles. Through our management, we will adjust the ads based on performance to maximize results and provide you with a content calendar based on events/giveaways, as well as an analytics report. There is a minimum monthly ad spend of $250; all ad costs are in addition to the monthly fee.
    • One ad per month

Twitter

  • Custom content – this content will be a partner to your Facebook posts. We will also share existing website content to help drive traffic to your website.
  • Retweets – we will find and interact with other tweets that fit with your business.
  • Hashtag creation and monitoring – we watch trending hashtags very closely and are skilled at knowing when it is time to jump into the conversation to introduce your brand.
  • Public relations (PR) – Twitter is the best platform for interacting with media. We will create lists of journalists and influencers to help us build relationships and introduce them to your business.
  • Listening – we will monitor the conversation happening in real time. We will know when someone is tweeting about you, good or bad, and we will interact with them on the dot. As with Facebook, there are two levels of response on which we will work with you.
  • Twitter chats – we will participate in one Twitter chat per month using your business’s account.

YouTube

 As YouTube is the second largest search engine after Google, it is important to keep a consistent presence on YouTube even if you don’t have your own video.

  • We will create channels and add existing videos to playlists within your account.
  • As cross promotion is key to building a subscriber base, we will leverage existing social media audiences to grow subscriber numbers.
  • We can assist in video creation (extra fee).

Pinterest

  • Creating boards – to start, we will create one board a week based on what we are seeing your followers are interested in. We will pin original content, as well as pins from other sites and profiles. Once all relevant boards are created, we will add new content once a week.
  • Website – we will provide you with a code from Pinterest to make sure that all the photos on your site are pinnable (if appropriate).

Google+

You may not use this platform, but it is important for SEO. We’ll claim your business page and optimize your profile to ensure that you’re in Google’s search algorithm.

LinkedIn

  • Custom content creation – we will draft and post one article per month. We will also post updates about your business to your page, as well as blog posts and any press mentions.
  • Engagement – we will create a list of influencers from your industry that you should be interacting with. We will then share and post with them to create a relationship. Groups are a big part of LinkedIn and we will increase engagement by identifying and joining select groups. Once three groups have been identified as the most productive, we will jump into three to five conversations per week with the intent to drive traffic to your website.
  • Ad management is available for an additional fee.

Instagram

  • Custom content – we will create a custom content calendar for your Instagram page. These engaging posts will be a combination of calls to action, one custom graphic per week, photographs (both owned and user-generated), trending hashtags, and other timely messages.

Reputation Management

Depending on your business or organization, there are several review sites that customers or clients may leave comments on. Occasionally, the comments may be negative and it's important to respond calmly and rationally. We will monitor these sites for any mention of your business and promptly respond to both positive and negative comments on your behalf, consulting with you as necessary.
