NMC Social Media Boot Camp
Don't miss NMC's Pinterest, Beginner, and Advanced Social Media Boot Camps!
On Thursday, August 9, NMC Account Coordinator Whitney Moreau will present a Pinterest Boot Camp from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. This dynamic session
is designed for businesses and organizations looking to reach a diverse audience on the newest and most visually inspiring social media network. Moreau will cover what Pinterest is and how it works, its growth, the benefits and strategies for using Pinterest, and more. Pre-registration is required by Wednesday, August 1.

Moreau explains, "To date, Pinterest is the fastest-growing social media website. With over 11.5 million users, the network drives more referral traffic than Google+, LinkedIn, and YouTube combined.  From local to internationally based companies, any brand with inspiring visual content and a well-developed strategy should take advantage of this booming social media platform."

Wednesday, Sept. 26, NMC will hold a Beginner Social Media Boot Camp from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and an Advanced Social Media Boot Camp from 1 - 4 p.m. These interactive sessions provide attendees with techniques and information on how to encourage audience engagement through a variety of social media platforms, ranging from Facebook to YouTube, and allotted time for one-on-one guidance.

One previous boot camp attendee shares, "NMC's boot camp really provided me with the knowledge and confidence to bring more social media into my workplace." Another commends NMC for sharing materials in a way that is "both user-friendly and meaningful to businesses."

All three sessions will be held at the Senator Inn & Spa in Augusta.
